We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz idgF) for the implementation of the European Accessibility Directive (EU) Directive 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. Commissioning our web development services is simple and straightforward via our website or, if desired, by telephone or email:

2. Complete the enquiry form with information about the project
3. Submit the enquiry via our secure form
4. Review by our team – if necessary, we will clarify any questions personally or in a short consultation
5. Sending of an offer with time and cost framework or direct project start after consultation

Status of compliance with the requirements

This website is partially compliant with Conformance Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 due to the following incompatibilities and/or exceptions.

• Inaccessible content:
• For users of assistive technologies, link destinations are occasionally not identifiable. Criterion 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) is therefore only partially met.
• The “social wall” on the homepage currently does not offer button-based control, meaning that criteria 2.5.1 Pointer Gestures and 2.5.7 Drag Movements are only partially met.

The incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are regularly reviewed to ensure that all requirements are met as far as possible. We place great importance on continuously making improvements and implementing any necessary adjustments promptly to ensure accessible use.

• Disproportionate burden:
• Input fields do not have labels due to their design and technical implementation, meaning that criterion 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions is not met.
• The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
• Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Barrier-Free Act and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
• The website contains documents and content from third parties that we neither developed nor financed nor controlled. No statement can be made regarding compliance with accessibility requirements for these third-party contents, and they are therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Barrier-Free Act.

Creation of the accessibility statement

This statement was created on 7 April 2025. The assessment of the website’s compliance with the Barrier-Free Act was carried out in the form of a self-test in accordance with the guidelines of Level AA of WCAG 2.2. Our website is continuously optimised. Usability and accessibility are of great importance to us.
